You already know that Frida has a very strong influence on my work, and I wish I could paint her more because she is a very interesting character, and I love imagining she poses for me on my studio as I work on one of my paintings of her.
This original 6x9 Inches watercolor painting on paper is my latest Frida. I love her sunflowers in her hair, they have a lot of detail, and they look like if they were just cut for her.
Her jade necklace is something to behold with shimmering greens, and her beautiful eyes look alive!
