Nothing expresses the loneliness and sorrow of depression like the color blue. Believe me, I have been there many times. And art has always been there to save me from myself.
It's a matter of lifting yourself, and that's the reason why I painted this little ACEO portrait in watercolor. It's ethereal colors and delicate textures will remind you that even when you feel like fading into nothingness, there's a way out and that it's OK to feel blue sometimes.
It will still be you, but in color. And eventually, with lots of love form yourself and the people around you, you will return to your beautiful, natural state.
