I'm very inspired by the new blooms I see on my little garden, and as I see my roses, poppies and wildflowers grow and start sprouting little flower buds, I can't help but go to my studio and paint.

I'm very constrained by space and supplies right now, but I will do my best to keep on creating. Using nothing but a red and a white pencil, and a deep watercolor wash background, Danita creates beautiful portraits of melancholic and sad girls.
