As the days start getting longer and colder, I feel like I need to drink coffee and take a break to enjoy the beautiful stillness of the winter nights, cozy up on my kitchen and fire up the fireplace to relax. This is me on this mixed media painting.
I painted this self portrait on a 6x12 inches canvas using many mixed media techniques as well as collage using pages from books from the early 20th century.
The coffee set is made with those pages, giving the painting a war and cozy ambiance that will make your hear warm when you look at it, hanging from your favorite wall.
