This little painting reminds me of my childhood, when I could use almost anything and create a world from whatever I was playing with. I could be sailing the seven seas as a daring explorer with a little yellow wooden boat and a puddle in the playground.
So I made this mixed media painting that measures 6x6 inches on a gallery wrap style canvas., where a little brunette girl is playing in her own world.
I used thick medium to create a textured surface and then painted the image using different art materials, combined to create a delightful image to feast your eyes.
